We just recently used Judy Paul for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. We wouldn't choose any one else for Realtor! It was our first time selling our house, and we had a lot to learn about the process. Judy was there every step of the way in educating us, assisting us with staging, and negotiating to get us the best selling price possible. In this tough market, we still had so much traffic in showings and multiple offers on our house in a short amount of time. We were under contract in less than 3 weeks! It really does make a difference to have someone with Judy's experience guiding you through the process.

In purchasing our new home, we had an idea of what we wanted. My husband being internet savvy had done lots of research and knew which houses we wanted to see. Judy was flexible in showing us our choices, but also suggested listings she thought were great for us. We ended up selecting a house that was a short-sale. We were warned by everyone to stay away from short sales, but we were in love with the house. Unlike most Realtors, Judy did not discourage us from buying the short-sale house. Instead, Judy helped us come up with the best offer that would minimize delays from the bank. She was in frequent communication with the listing agent to get updates to us about the progress. I believe the house was very close to going into foreclosure, and because of Judy's efforts, we closed on the house 2 months after submitting a contract, and we even got $5000 in closing costs! Judy has the knowledge and work ethic to assist anyone in a short sale purchase, where many Realtors would not bother.

I would not hesitate in recommending her as an agent because I know she will work just as hard for you!

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing our first home. For many months we struggled to find a home in a location we desired, and at a price that we could afford. Through a series of events we met our real estate agent Judy Paul who found the perfect home for our family. We immediately fell in love with it and proceeded to make an offer.

Circumstances arose and there were times we felt like the purchase would not happen. Judy went the extra mile to work with our situation and constantly stepped up to make sure that our contract was the best that it could be. With this being our first property, there were things we would have overlooked if not for Judy's expertise. She saved us time and money, and made sure the seller did their part in making the house safe. She helped us as if we were her own family, we could tell that she wanted what was best for us.

She even referred us to our lender who was also a pleasure to work with. The entire process was efficient and pleasant.  We never felt pushed or taken advantage of.  It really makes you appreciate how much work goes into buying a home.
